Our team collaborated with the Greenville Triumph to develop innovative strategies and solutions within the corporate sponsorship sector. The primary objective of our project was to analyze existing partnerships and identify new opportunities to enhance brand alignment, community engagement, and long-term sponsorship value.

We conducted a comprehensive assessment of current sponsor portfolios, market trends, and fan demographics to propose targeted outreach strategies. Our team created mock sponsor packages tailored to various business tiers, integrating digital, in-stadium, and community-based activation opportunities. We emphasized relationship-building and storytelling as key tools for maximizing sponsor visibility and ROI.

Additionally, we presented creative concepts for potential local and regional partners that align with the Triumph’s brand values and mission. Through this project, we gained hands-on experience in sports marketing and business development while contributing actionable insights to support the team’s continued growth and presence in the Upstate community.
